Nesta \u00e9poca, o caqui, o abacate e o kiwi podem ser encontrados com mais facilidade nos estabelecimentos comerciais e por estarem na \u00e9poca, preservam melhor suas propriedades. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cultivado em praticamente todo o pa\u00eds, o caqui \u00e9 excelente fonte de vitaminas E e C, que auxiliam na defesa e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do organismo, e minerais como ferro, f\u00f3sforo e c\u00e1lcio.\u00a0 \u00c9 rica tamb\u00e9m em outro componente fundamental para manter a sa\u00fade: o betacaroteno, que atua como antioxidante e combate a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de radicais livres, contribuindo assim no fortalecimento do sistema imunol\u00f3gico e na preven\u00e7\u00e3o do envelhecimento precoce, al\u00e9m\u00a0de\u00a0colaborar na sa\u00fade da vis\u00e3o, unhas e cabelos e auxiliar o desenvolvimento \u00f3sseo.
